It was not until 1967 that a second distillery was built right next to the old, aging distillery. At times, the distilleries produced in parallel as Clynelish A and Clynelish B. After the old distillery was closed for a short time, both distilleries started up again a short time later. The old one got the name Brora, the new one stayed Clynelish. In 1983 the old Brora Distillery was finally
