We start with an introduction, the "Who is who" in the school. After getting dressed and a country lesson, we continue in the water. Here you will learn how to start, steer and turn. The maneuvers learned are consolidated and refined in the individual training sessions. Your trainer will work out your individual training plan with you and adapt it to the wind
