It is dated to April 20, 1942 and signed in blue crayon by the Commander of the 134th Infantry Division, Generalmajor Hans Schlemmer (1893 1973), a recipient of the Knights Cross with Oak Leaves. Measuring 140 mm (w) x 200 mm (h), with light scuffing and a folding crease, remaining better than very fine.
