we see people moving towards a life much more connected to land (or water) and although death has occurred due to the poisonousness of a previous way of life

like it's recording history in its form

and by extension

I saw the shapes of those involved in rituals to raise the dead assembling in a circle on the left and conjuring an angel--a dark one--to guide dead souls

It’s an exciting example of an emerging style

The Wanderer - Surreal Landscape Painting abandoned factories we see people moving towardsA spirit, perhaps an ancient being, a roaming soul, or the double of a witch traveling to the Sabbat, wanders over the night town, musing as they drift on silent currents of air and energy. Each lit window represents someone who believes they are alone, when in fact, we are all alone together. This painting won Fourth Prize in the "Simply Watercolor" open juried show at the Rhode Island Watercolor Society, November 15 December 12, 2025. Currently on
