Germany, Weimar Republic. A Youth Organization Belt Buckle visually-hidden 1 mm (w) x 48(Jugend Koppelschloss). Constructed of gilded brass, the obverse bearing a brass diamond featuring a black centrepiece overlaid by a white Sig rune, the reverse with a catch and claws emanating from a functional roller, unmarked, measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), a buckle worn by Scouts, Pfadfinder, and other youths organizations throughout the 1920s, with symbolizing later appropriated by Third Reich organizations (including the Deutsches Jungvolk),
