EICHENBERG, who was serving as a SECOND LIEUTENANT in the NEW YORK STATE VOLUNTEERS, and awarded that rank of on March 15 1865. The document is signed by an Adjutant General in the name of REUBEN E. FENTON, the governor of New York, and dated March 31st 1865. The glazed glass frame measures 16 1 2" X 12", and is paper backed. Good idea to
