Unlike many that we have seen, this example looks to have been worn, with small safety pin holes on one side, so it definitely saw at least some light use in the field. It measures approximately 16" x 4 1 4", and is sewn together at the ends. The band is red with a white center stripe that is machine stitched seamlessly onto it.
