This is a fine example of a rare WWI U. S. Medics Painted Helmet with fantastic genuine hand painted camouflage. The helmet is complete with its original liner. Helmet features original period colored panel camouflage paint, which is brown outlined in black over the factory original Olive Drab paint. The Geneva Convention Red Cross, denoting the original owner was a medic, is painted on both the front and back of the
