Label reads Peck & Peck 5th Avenue New York and the dress has 5 front rhinestone buttons and a side metal zipper. Perfectly pleated full skirt and fitted bodice in pretty floral cotton print. Shown with crinoline, not included. Bust 36" Waist 28" Length from nape of neck to waist 18" Length from waist 27"
