Greece, Kingdom. An Order of the Redeemer, V Class, in Gold consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac III - 1867-1914( ). Instituted in 1883. In 18Kt Gold and enamels, Maltese cross in white enamel set on a green enamelled laurel wreath, obverse centre shows Jesus surrounded by Greek inscription, reverse shows white cross on a blue background surrounded by Greek inscription, measures 54. 0 mm (h inclusive of crown suspension) x 35. 6 mm (w), on original blue ribbon, minor chipping on obverse and reverse white enamel, better than very fine condition.
