A Bavarian Officer's Brocade With Buckle Archive and 3 CEF veterans pinsBuckle has a two piece construction, in fire gilt bronze on the right end, unmarked reverse, illustrating the Bavarian crown surrounded by a wreath of laurel leaves, the buckle measuring 48. 5 mm, with matching receiving clip on the left end. Belt is fabricated from a fine aluminum wire in a thatched pattern with two rows of blue embroidered dashes on the upper, gray wool backer, smooth finished brown leather tab stitched in place on the underside at
