Original 19th Century British Victorian Era 1st Model Rubber Truncheon c.1890 Iraq being sent to the AlpOriginal Item: Only One Available. Dating from the 1890's this is the first "RUBBER TRUNCHEON" used by the British Bobbies in the last years of the Victorian age. Measuring just over 13" in length, it appears to have a steel rod core, holding together many layers of early type rubber, with some red inserts in places to add color.
