Original German WWII Heer Army M40 Worn Single Decal Steel Helmet with 1943 Dated 56cm Liner and Chinstrap - Stamped Q64 Martini-Henry Parts Both boots retain their twoOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a very good service used all original example of a German WWII M40 "Single Decal" helmet, issued to the Heer (Army). This stamped sheet steel construction helmet looks to have seen long service during the war, which resulted in oxidation and paint loss. It was then cleaned , which removed the rust but also a more of the paint, and now probably retains less than 50% of the original panzergrau (armored gray)
