We love the dramatic structured accordion pleated ruffle with a giant pink flower on the side. The dress closes with a back zipper and there are snap buttons on the ends of the long sleeves. The dress comes with its original belt and has inside reinforcement for the bust. Victor Costa was known as the "copycat designer" because he often took direct inspiration from the runway.
