(1939 1940 issue). Constructed of gilded bronze with enamels, consisting of an elongated Cross Patte with a gilt frame, the obverse with white enameled arms highlighted on the interior with gilt borders, the centre and twelve oclock arm overlaid by double gilt Cross Pattes topped by a stylized crown, the reverse with two visible rivets securing the obverse applique in
