Belasco, David - Large Photograph Signed 1916 Posters Photo by Bert SabourinAmerican theater producer, impresario, director, and playwright (1853 1931), the first to adapt the short story of Madama Butterfly for the stage, among many other achievements in his career. Fantastic black and white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment, dated 1916, shown in an interview with journalist Wendell Phillips Dodge (1883 1976). Size is 13. 6 x 9. 75 inches, minor creases, mounting traces on verso, in very good
