Cirelli Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, 2024 ouzo Kavalan distillery continues the traditionThis wine is made of 100% Montepulciano. Cirelli is certified organic, but also farms with biodynamic inspiration, raising other crops, including olives for oil, and herds of animals for grazing, fertilization, and meat. For this wine, the grapes are de stemmed, gently crushed, and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel for around 6 months. The wine is made with a very gentle extraction, making for the classic light and juicy Montepulciano,
